Exchange Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received for a store credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tags attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke odor will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.
Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sales/discounts 40% OFF or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for store credit or be exchanged!
• Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras,
Leotards and Gift Certificates Cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another
box. If there is any damage to the shoe box or any other markings on the
outside of the shoe box, it will not be accepted. The item will then be
returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you. Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your exchange.
